The "Electronic Andon" allows for the current production performance status to be displayed on the screen by directly referencing the database of the production management system. Access to the database is read-only, so there is no worry about accidentally altering data. Additionally, the transfer and editing of production performance files are handled by a file linkage tool (RADEN tool).
